Got the Philips Bread Toaster today to kickstart my Bread Pig project. Still getting the feel of using it : )
You are witnessing the first version of Bread Pig sandwich in history. Ham & Cheese sandwich. The fancy name will come later
Now compare it with the Sandwich from Campus Bread @ Ngee Ann.
Eh, i think is the lighting problem. Bread Pig sandwich is taken under poor lighting condition. Excuses. More to do, more to improve on. Please watch out for the next episode of Bread Pig. And PLEASE leave some comments on what you think about the Sandwiches, ways to improve them, or whatever sandwich you like or want to see.
” Bread Pig Sandwich will come to you soon “

Suggestion, you might want to smashed your eggs with mayo instead of using sliced half-boiled.
“That’s how I like it.” (hee like your way of ending each posts. keep blogging and keep yebber-ing!”)

ladyironchef — January 10th, 2008 at 7:24 pmhi!
since you asked for comments, here’s mine:
i think the presentation of your sandwiches are great but maybe it’d look tastier if you toast the cheese and leave it melted and gooey?
you know like how the italians do their paninis?
Sophie — January 20th, 2008 at 12:58 pmHello Sophie,
thanks for dropping by and leaving yr valuable comment!
Ahh.. i get what u mean, will try them out soon, still experimenting with diff ingredients and methods. Thanks!
ladyironchef — January 20th, 2008 at 4:19 pmHaha.. This might come a little late. Anyhow, I wanna share my bread making experience just recently. Haha.. I love to invent new ways of making my own sandwich too! ( : One invention I had tried was after mixing pepper and soya sauce on my smashed egg, I placed it on a slice of bread and a slice of cheese on top of the smashed egg, after which, put it into the oven for 1-2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and lastly another slice of bread. It’s heavenly! ( : Oh, you can try to “toast” your bread in the oven, which would remain “crunchy” longer and it won’t turn dark! ( :
Shayna — July 5th, 2008 at 10:38 pmIts never too late, will try it out next time : )
