Chefs Gallery Sydney

Chefs Gallery

Living in Australia for almost two years made me realised how much I love Chinese cuisine. It is definitely not easy to find a place that serves good Chinese food in Sydney (at least not in the city). Well, to my surprise, Chefs Gallery offers pretty legit Chinese wonders and it’s located right in the heart of Sydney city.

Think cute piglet looking sesame bun for dessert or something different such as the fried man tou (fried buns) with condense milk dip. Chefs Gallery has some pretty creative minds in the kitchen.

Besides serving dishes with a modern touch – such as Roast Duck with lychee and chilli plum sauce and Fried Rice with diced roast duck and mandarin peel that adds that punch to the usual fried rice – it also offers a wide range of handmade noodles that would make you spoilt for choice.

Chefs Gallery Dim Sum

Not many places offer dim sum at night, and this is also one of the reasons why I love Chefs Gallery. Apart from the usual bites, they have a good selection of tapas which ranges from Steamed Chicken and Shitake Mushroom Siew Mai with Scallop and Red Fish Roe to Fried Calamari Wontons in a special spicy sauce.

Are you drooling already?! The crowd usually comes in after 6pm, so it is advisable to make a reservation to skip the queue.
