There is a hidden gem called Joys @ uptown sweets, located at blk 44 Owen Road. Joys’ macarons feature local flavored such as soursop and maoshan durian and are perfect!!
Brunetti ones are not bad too.
Agreed with Kate Lai, nice special macarons from Joys @ Uptown Sweets. Very unique options weekly.
What a cursory list… Antoinette and Laduree are hugely overrated.
Second Kate Lai & Joyce Tan re Joys @ uptown sweets… very very good macarons!
There is a very good one that is made in Singapore. MAacaroon.sg especially their gaint one are very unique.
Yes I wanna say macaronssg too!!
I felt Disgusted by Ladurée macaron service in Singapore boutique at Ngee Ann City. I was introducing how good their macarons taste, to my cousin and she wants to purchase 2 macaron of different flavors just to give it a try. As we were all ready to order, Ladurée staff told me that the min. order is 6. What kind of logic is that. I don’t need 6, just 2 to try. Why does Laduree have to set such requirements, for your customers who just want to get a taste of Ladurée Macaron. That only tells me that the business is not doing well, that there is a min order instead of Max order. I closed my door on Ladurée Macaron. As I will await for Pierre Hermé. When your sales volume figure is not high enough, don’t take it out on your customers.
Just to share, ET Artisan Sweets has just closed.
