This December, your favourite festive food will captivate your heart, and they include Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Honey Baked Ham and Prune & Pancetta Stuffed Roast Pork Saddle.
But of course, we all have a penchant of beginning our meal with seafood, right? Think endless plates of lobsters, duck liver terrine, freshly shucked oysters, foie gras royale, superior sashimi, juicy tiger prawns, proscuitto san daniele and other charcuteries. Marriott Cafe has them all.
Several vegetarian dishes can be found at both Marriott Cafe’s cold salad bar and the hot ‘live’ station. Honey Sesame Glazed Carrots, Buttered Asparagus and the absolutely divine Mashed Potatoes were a few that we had second servings of. Those glazed carrots were perfect additions to our meats. And the mashed potato deserves a special mention – we were amazed by how extraordinarily fluffy it was.
Now, on to the other hot ‘live’ stations, where more awaits. You see, you need to forget that your jeans might be too tight, because there will be Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Honey Baked Ham, Prune & Pancetta Stuffed Roasted Pork Saddle, Roast Beef Prime Rib, Seared Sirloin with Perigord Sauce, Roast Duck Confit and more. Look forward to crowd favourites at the live station encompassing Flambéed Prawns with Tequila & Lime and Pan Fried Foie Gras with Mandarin Marmalade & Chianti Reduction.

The comprehensive menu also features Whole Baked Salmon, Lobster Bisque, Gratinated Scallops, and even our national dish – Singapore Chilli Crab! We were pleasantly surprised to discover Ginseng Herbal Chicken Soup and Salted Egg Prawns too. Marriott Cafe is going all out and we are thrilled.
