Ramen lovers, rejoice! Afuri Ramen is coming to our little red dot on June 28. Setting up their eatery at basement one of the newly reconstructed Funan Mall, they will be named as Afuri Ramen + Dumpling here.
Now that Afuri Ramen is opening in Singapore, we no longer have to take a 7-hour flight only to wait along the snaking line at their outlets in Japan, all just to get a taste of the satisfying bowl of yuzu ramen.
Afuri Ramen + Dumpling is brought into the Singapore market by Japan Foods Holding, and they will introduce the highly-anticipated signature Yuzu Ramen series; including Yuzu Shoyu Ramen, Yuzu Shio Ramen, Yuzu Ratan Ramen and Yuzu Tsukemen.
The Yuzu Ramen consists of a rich broth that will leave you wanting more from the very first mouthful and truly does ooze the light aroma of citrusy yuzu that is complemented by a subtle touch of chicken oil to give the broth more savoury depth.
Fans can also look forward to side dishes such as gyoza and their absolutely drool-worthy charcoal grilled pork that just melts-in-your-mouth, we promise that you won’t be able to resist ordering a second helping.
We cannot wait for Afuri Ramen + Dumpling’s opening in Singapore later this month, and we know that we will be queueing amongst ramen fans upon their opening!
